I'm Theodore — a Senior Product Designer with 9+ years across SaaS, e-commerce and social platforms. I've shipped products used by millions of people and operators on the warehouse floor.
I'm currently Product Designer at Koala Interactive (Wyylde), where I redesigned core experiences for a 7M-member social platform during a strategic pivot.

Philosophy
/02Design is a tool to ship better products — not a deliverable in itself.
Decisions should be defendable with evidence: data, research, or a clear reasoned trade-off.
A great design system is invisible. It only shows up as faster, calmer delivery.
Mobile-first means workflow-first. Operators, traders and members don't sit at a desk.
